Section 444.639 - Interrelation with other laws and regulations

The provisions of NAC 444.570 to 444.7499, inclusive, do not waive or circumvent the provisions of NRS 445A.300 to 445A.730, inclusive, 445B.100 to 445B.640, inclusive, 459.400 to 459.600, inclusive, and 459.800 to 459.856, inclusive. Each owner and operator shall comply with all other laws and regulations adopted and orders issued pursuant to those sections governing the disposal of solid waste.
