Section 444.628 - "Transfer station" defined

"Transfer station" means a solid waste processing site where solid waste is transferred from one vehicle to another vehicle or storage device for temporary storage until transferred to a disposal site. Some processing may be included therein. The term does not include public waste storage bin facilities.
