Section 444.9066 - Management of residue as hazardous waste1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, an owner or operator of a mobile unit for the recycling of used antifreeze is responsible for the proper management, in accordance with NAC 444.850 to 444.8746, inclusive, of residue of used antifreeze generated during the recycling or storage of the used antifreeze.2. If recycling of used antifreeze occurs at the location where the used antifreeze was generated, the contract between the generator of used antifreeze and the owner or operator of the mobile unit which performs the recycling may specify that the generator is responsible for the proper management, in accordance with NAC 444.850 to 444.8746, inclusive, of residue of used antifreeze generated during the recycling or storage of the used antifreeze.Nev.
