Section 444.00869 - Storage of inks, pigments, soaps and other products; discard of inks and pigments1. Inks, pigments, soaps and other products which are stored in multiple-use containers must be dispensed in a manner to prevent contamination of the storage container and its remaining contents through the use of a receptacle.2. Inks and pigments remaining in the receptacle must be discarded immediately upon completion of the invasive body decoration procedure and the receptacle must be disinfected after each use.Nev. Admin.
