Section 442.415 - Accompaniment of application with letter of approval

If a hospital is required to obtain the approval of the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services pursuant to NRS 439A.100 in order to provide intensive care for neonates, the hospital's application for approval to be designated as a level II specialty care facility or level III subspecialty care facility must be accompanied by a letter of approval received from the Director.
