Section 441A.165 - "Respiratory isolation" defined"Respiratory isolation" means the recommended procedure:
1. Designed to prevent transmission of communicable diseases by direct contact with respiratory secretions or droplets that are coughed, sneezed or breathed into the environment; and2. Set forth in 2007 Guideline for Isolation Precautions: Preventing Transmission of Infectious Agents in Healthcare Settings, adopted by reference pursuant to NAC 441A.200.Nev. Admin. Code § 441A.165
