Section 441A.025 - "Blood and body fluid precautions" defined"Blood and body fluid precautions" means the recommended procedures:
1. Designed to prevent the transmission of diseases by direct or indirect contact with blood, semen, vaginal secretions, saliva, urine, feces, respiratory secretions or other body fluids; and2. Set forth in 2007 Guideline for Isolation Precautions: Preventing Transmission of Infectious Agents in Healthcare Settings, adopted by reference pursuant to NAC 441A.200.Nev. Admin. Code § 441A.025
