Section 439B.Sec. 25 - NEWThis regulation is hereby amended by adding thereto the following transitory language which has the force and effect of law but which will not be codified in the Nevada Administrative Code:
1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 11, the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services shall appoint to the initial membership of the All-Payer Claims Database Advisory Committee in place of the members described in paragraphs (g) and (h) of subsection 2 of section 11: (a) One member who represents the data submitter that is responsible for the highest number of claims in this State during the immediately preceding 2 years, as reflected in the records of the Division of Insurance of the Department of Business and Industry; and(b) One member who represents the data submitter that is responsible for the second-highest number of claims in this State during the immediately preceding 2 years, as reflected in the records of the Division of Insurance of the Department of Business and Industry.2. As used in this section, "data submitter" has the meaning ascribed to it in section 7.Nev. Admin. Code § 439B.Sec. 25
