Section 439B.230 - Submission of annual financial reportsEach year a hospital shall file with the department:
1. A copy of the report required to be submitted by the hospital to the Health Care Financing Administration for the purpose of Medicare payments, commonly known as the Medicare Cost Report within 120 days after the end of the hospital's Medicare fiscal year.2. At least 30 days after the beginning of each hospital fiscal year, a proposed operating budget for the hospital for the hospital's fiscal year.3. Within 30 days of receipt by the hospital, a copy of any report by an independent auditor concerning a financial audit of the hospital's operations.Nev. Admin. Code § 439B.230
