Section 432A.225 - License to operate facility: Transfer to inactive status1. A licensee may request that his or her license be transferred to inactive status by the Division. If the request is approved, the licensee shall, within 15 days after the approval, give written notification to the parents of any children in the facility that the license is inactive.2.
