Section 427A.617 - Quarterly reports to Division of Public and Behavioral Health

The chief administrative officer of each hospital in this State shall ensure that the hospital submits to the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department the quarterly reports required pursuant to NAC 450B.768. Submission of the quarterly reports satisfies the requirements of NRS 427A.820.
