Section 426.123 - Bureau may require certain persons to complete continuing education or training or to receive counseling or vocational rehabilitation1. The Bureau may require a person who is licensed to operate a vending facility and who has not operated a vending facility within the previous year to complete a course of continuing education or training, or to receive counseling or vocational rehabilitation, as prescribed by the Bureau.2. If the Bureau determines that an operator is not properly operating or managing his or her vending facility, the Bureau may require the operator to complete a course of continuing education or training, or to receive counseling or vocational rehabilitation, as prescribed by the Bureau.Nev.
