Section 426.450 - Request for hearing after written decision1. Not later than 15 days after receipt of a written decision on a complaint, a licensee may submit a written request to the Administrator for a hearing on the complaint. The request must be mailed to the Administrator by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested.2.
