Section 426.360 - Causing or allowing placement of lien, claim or other encumbrance prohibited

The operator or trainee shall not cause or allow a lien, a claim or any other encumbrance to be placed on his or her vending facility or any of its equipment, accessories, merchandise, supplies or other assets.
