Section 426.390 - Leave of absence of operator1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, an operator may take not more than 30 calendar days of vacation each calendar year. The operator shall notify the Bureau and provide assurance that the operation of the vending facility will continue under the guidance of a qualified relief operator. The operator may report the wages which he or she pays to the relief operator as a business expense.2. The Administrator or the Administrator's designee may, if he or she determines that special circumstances exist, authorize additional leave of absence.Nev. Admin. Code § 426.390
