Section 422.Sec. 10 - NEW1. At least 60 days before the change will occur or, if the operator of a program becomes aware of the change less than 60 days before the change will occur, as soon as the operator becomes aware of the change, the operator shall notify the Division of any change to the program which is likely to affect the certification of the program. Such a change may include, without limitation, a change to the ownership, staff or location of the program or the termination of the program.2. Upon receiving notice of a change pursuant to subsection 1, the Division must notify the operator of any effect to the certification of the program and actions the operator may be required to take to maintain the certification.Nev.
