Section 422.065 - "Public hospital" definedPublic hospital" means:
1. A hospital owned or operated by this State or a political subdivision of this State, including, without limitation, a hospital district; or2. A hospital that is supported in whole or in part by tax revenue collected in this State, other than tax revenue received by a hospital for medical care which is provided to Medicaid patients, indigent patients or other low-income patients.Nev.
