Section 388D.100 - Registration of school with Department to receive grant on behalf of pupil1. To be eligible to receive a grant on behalf of a pupil through the Nevada Educational Choice Scholarship Program, a school must register with the Department on a form prescribed by the Superintendent of Public Instruction.2.
