Section 385B.172 - Amendment of regulations by Board; submission of amendment to Legislative Counsel1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 385B.060, the Board may amend any regulation adopted by the Association in the manner prescribed in NAC 385B.142.2. If the Board amends a regulation pursuant to subsection 1, the Board shall, within 30 days after amending the regulation, submit the amended regulation to the Legislative Counsel.Nev. Admin.
