Section 384.050 - Duties of vice chairman1. In the absence of the chairman, or in the event of his inability or refusal to act, as determined by a majority of the commission, the vice chairman shall perform the duties of the chairman.2. When acting as chairman, the vice chairman has all the powers of and is subject to all the restrictions upon the chairman.3. The vice chairman shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him by the chairman or by the commission.Nev. Admin. Code § 384.050
