Except as otherwise provided in section 11 of LCB File No. R116-19, "cultural item" means human remains, associated funerary objects, unassociated funerary objects, sacred objects or objects of cultural patrimony.2. As used in this section: (a) "Associated funerary objects" has the meaning ascribed to it in 25 U.S.C. § 3001(3)(A).(b) "Cultural patrimony" has the meaning ascribed to it in 25 U.S.C. § 3001(3)(D).(c) "Sacred objects" has the meaning ascribed to it in 25 U.S.C. § 3001(3)(C).(d) "Unassociated funerary objects" has the meaning ascribed to it in 25 U.S.C. § 3001(3)(B).Nev.
