Section 381.Sec. 19 - NEW1. A Nevada Indian Burial Site Permit may not be issued for a period of more than 1 year.2. A Nevada Indian Burial Site Permit may be renewed for an additional period of time upon application by the person to whom the Nevada Indian Burial Site Permit was issued. Before renewing a Nevada Indian Burial Site Permit pursuant to this subsection, the Museum Director or his or her designee will consult with the applicable Indian tribe.Nev. Admin. Code § 381.Sec. 19
