Section 360.582 - "Website user" defined

"Website user" means a taxpayer who, by way of providing specific information requested by the Department through its website registration process, has obtained a username and password enabling the taxpayer to conduct transactions and access his or her account information online at https://www.nevadatax.nv.gov/web/ on the World Wide Web.
