Section 353B.Sec. 6 - NEW

For the purposes of paragraph (g) of subsection 3 of NRS 353B.100, the Board will construe the term "accredited" to mean that a school has been accredited as a postsecondary educational institution by an accrediting body recognized by the United States Department of Education and is eligible to participate in a program for student financial assistance offered by the United States Department of Education.
