Section 348A.190 - Project by local agency without local population share1. A local agency which does not have a local population share of the state ceiling shall apply to the local government in which the project to be financed is located for use of the local government's local population share for the project.2. If the project of the local agency requires an augmentation of the local government's local population share, the local government may request an augmentation of its local population share for the project in any manner permitted in this chapter.Nev.
