Section 319.832 - Equipment and materials that must be approved before loan is purchased; prohibition against certain use of proceeds of loan1. All other equipment and materials, including, but not limited to:(b) The replacement of a furnace or water heater with a unit that uses energy more efficiently;(c) Active or passive systems for the solar heating of water for domestic use;(d) Active or passive systems for heating or cooling air;(e) Systems for wind, geothermal and hydroelectric energy and their components;(g) Greenhouses attached to dwelling units;(h) Trombe, drum or water walls which do not bear a load;(k) Skylights, must be approved by the Division and the Department of Energy before the lending institution makes a loan to conserve energy to be purchased by the Division.
2. The proceeds of a loan to conserve energy may not be used to finance vegetation.Nev. Admin. Code § 319.832
