Section 293.Sec. 12.2 - NEW1. The counting board may temporarily recess during the counting procedure. Such a temporary recess is not considered an adjournment of the counting procedures for the purposes of NRS 293.363 and 293C.362.2. The county clerk shall post a statement in his or her office that notifies the public of the times during which the counting board is expected to temporarily recess during the counting procedure.Nev.
