Section 293.177 - Use of signature stamp by voter

If a voter presents a signature stamp obtained pursuant to chapter 427A of NRS for use on a document as set forth in chapter 427A of NRS, the county clerk shall require verification of the identity of the owner of the signature stamp in accordance with NRS 427A.755.
