Section 233A.010 - Definitions

As used in NAC 233A.020 to 233A.090, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Commission.

2. "Commission" means the Nevada Indian Commission.

3. "Commissioner" means a commissioner of the Commission.

4. "Executive Director" means the Executive Director of the Commission.
