Section 119A.075 - Sales agent: Application1. An application for a sales agent's license must be filed with an office of the Division on forms supplied by the Division and be accompanied by a fingerprint card and such additional information as is required by the Division. Fingerprints must be taken by a recognized law enforcement agency.2. Each application must be completed by the applicant. A member of the Commission or employee of the Division shall not prepare an application on behalf of an applicant.3. The Division will retain an application for 1 year. If a license is not issued within that time, the applicant must submit another application.Nev. Admin. Code § 119A.075
