Section 442-5-032 - Personal Conduct Before the Commission

Any person present for any proceeding before the Commission as a party, counsel, or witness, or in any other capacity, including spectator, shall conduct themselves with civility and courtesy. The presiding hearing officer shall require all persons present at a proceeding to refrain from manifesting by words or conduct, bias or prejudice against parties, witnesses, counsel, or others based upon race, sex, religion, national origin, disability, age, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status unless relevant to the proceeding.

032.01Exclusion from the Hearing Room. The presiding hearing officer may exclude any person from a proceeding when that person is disrupting the proceeding.
