Section 272-21-018 - REPORTING INJURIES AND DAMAGE CAUSED BY FIREARM OF PERMIT HOLDER018.01 Any injury to a person or damage to property resulting from the discharge of a handgun carried by a permit holder will be reported by the permit holder to the Patrol within ten (10) days of the incident. The form for making such a report will be available on the Patrol website. The report is not required for minor property damage.
