Section 433-8-020 - APPLICATIONS AND OTHER FORMS020.01 The following forms shall be available for registration as an online notary public: 020.01(A) Initial Online Notary Public Registration form:020.01(B) Online Notary Public Renewal Application and Re-Registration form; and020.01(C) Online Notary Public Solution Provider application.020.02 The forms listed in this section shall be made available to all Applicants on the Secretary's website or upon request.
