Section 433-8-003 - APPLICATION003.01 To qualify for registration as an online notary public, an Applicant shall: 003.01(A) Provide all information required for registration pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 64-406:003.01(B) Hold a valid Nebraska Notary Public commission:003.01(C) Certify that he or she continues to meet the qualifications of a Notary Public:003.01(D) Take the required course of instruction and pass examination as required by Neb. Rev. Stat. § 64-404: 003.01(E) Pay the required registration fee: and.003.01(F) Provide any other information requested by the Secretary to prove the qualifications of the applicant. Citation: Neb.
