Until such time as a signature is placed upon a NEBRASKA PICK 3 ticket in the area designated for signature, a NEBRASKA PICK 3 ticket shall be deemed owned by the ticket bearer. When a signature is placed on the NEBRASKA PICK 3 ticket in the place designated, the person whose signature appears in such area shall be the owner of the ticket and shall be entitled (subject to the validation requirements in REG-1405) to any prize attributable thereto.
The Nebraska Lottery shall not be responsible for lost or stolen NEBRASKA PICK 3 tickets.
