Section 350-71-010 - RE-CERTIFICATION PROCESS010.01 The Property Tax Administrator shall review all certificate holders for continuing education hours.010.02 Upon review of the information relating to continuing education hours for each certificate holder, the Property Tax Administrator shall; 010.02A Notify in writing each certificate holder who has successfully met the continuing education requirements as stated in REG-71-006.01.010.02B Notify in writing each certificate holder of his or her failure to have met the continuing education requirement as stated in REG-71-006.01.
