Section 316-29-003 - QUALITY JOBS ACT - MEETING NOTICE003.01 The Board shall give ten days notice of meetings by publication in at least six newspapers across the state.003.02 The Board shall also give notice of meetings by publication in a newspaper that is local to the project area.003.03 A copy of the notice shall be posted in the State Capitol and the State Office Building in Lincoln.003.04 A copy of the notice shall be sent to the applicant.003.05 A news release will be distributed.316 Neb.
