Section 248-4-011 - FINAL DECISION

The Director's decision pursuant to these rules and regulations to issue or not issue a bonded certificate of title, to require a bond on an out-of-state bonded title, or to recall a title, are final decisions and may be appealed under the Administrative Procedures Act Neb. Rev. Stat. § 84-917.
