The school must notify the Department in writing of any change in the school's name, legal status or address ten days prior to its date of occurrence.
The school must notify the Department in writing of any addition or deletion of approved instructors or changes in their driving statuses within ten days of date of occurrence.
If the school ceases operation in Nebraska, the school shall notify the Department in writing ten days prior to its date of occurrence.
If the school's insurance as required by these rules and regulations is canceled or altered by the insurance company, the school shall notify the Department in writing within ten working days of its date of occurrence.
