Section 247-1-011 - SWORN REPORTS AND PETITIONS

The Department may accept any sworn report or petition forms in existence until the supply of such sworn reports and petitions may be exhausted and the Department may from time to time issue new forms as may be necessary.

011.01Electronic Sworn Report. A sworn report may be created, signed, notarized, sent, and/or delivered by electronic means as permitted by the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. An electronic sworn report satisfies the law and may not be denied legal effect or enforceability solely because it is in electronic form.
