Section 236-2-001 - General Information
001.01Statutory Authority.

Sections 51-404 through 51-418 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska set forth the duties and responsibilities of the Commission.

001.02Scope and Application.

This Chapter provides procedures for the operation of Commission programs and identifies requirements of eligibility for certain services.
