Section 210-84-002 - Purpose

The purpose of this regulation is to recognize, permit and prescribe the use of mortality tables that reflect the differences in mortality between preferred and standard lives in determining minimum reserve liabilities in accordance with Neb.Rev.Stat. § 44-404(a) (i) (c) and Title 210 Nebraska Administrative Code Chapter 71, Sections 005.01 and 005.02.
