Section 210-59-006 - Reporting Requirements006.01 Domestic insurers are to maintain, at all times, an up-to-date list file with the Department containing all names and addresses of all-managing general agents with whom it has a contract, and the name of an officer of the insurer responsible for the contract.006.02 A domestic insurer shall file with the Department the name of the officer of the insurer responsible for binding reinsurance contracts.210 Neb.
