Section 180-4-047 - RECORDS OF RADIATION PROTECTION PROGRAMSThis section addresses records of radiation protection programs.
047.01RADIATION PROTECTION PROGRAM RECORDS. Each licensee or registrant must maintain records of the radiation protection program, including: (A) The provisions of the program; and(B) Audits and other reviews of program content and implementation.047.02RECORD RETENTION. The licensee or registrant must retain the records required by 180 NAC 4-047.01(A) until the Department terminates each pertinent license or registration requiring the record. The licensee or registrant must retain the records required by 180 NAC 4-047.01(B) for three years after the record is made.180 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 4, § 047
