If the Director determines that any well constructed pursuant to section 003 of this Chapter does not satisfy all of the requirements of sections 003.01, 003.02 and 003.03 of this Chapter the Director may modify the area permit under Chapter 30 of this Title, terminate the area permit under Chapter 31 of this Title, or take enforcement action. If the Director determines that cumulative effects are unacceptable, the area permit may be modified under Chapter 30 of this Title.
