Section 45-19-003 - CONSTRUCTION OF RULE

003.01 Nothing in this Rule shall be construed to be in conflict with the duties, liabilities and standards imposed by the Consumer Leasing Act of 1976, 15 U.S.C. 1667 et. seq.
