Any applicant so cancelled may, before July 1st of the year of expiration, reinstate the Certificate of Authority by submitting a late renewal application and appropriate fee. The fee for reinstatement shall be the same as the biennial fee but shall be increased $ 10.00 for each month or fraction of a month the application and fee are delinquent. Upon receipt of the appropriate fee and approval of the application the Board shall reinstate such Certificate of Authority for the remainder of the two-year period.
