Prior to March 1st of each even-numbered year, the Director shall notify all persons or business entities, currently registered under the Abstracters Act, of the expiration and shall provide at the same time an Application for Renewal, together with a statement for biennial fee for the two-year period, which fee shall be due and payable on or before April 1st of the same year.
