No application for registration as an Abstracter will be accepted unless it is accompanied by a check, draft or money order in a sum which shall include an application fee of not less than twenty five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars; and an examination fee of not less than twenty dollars nor more than one hundred dollars, all as determined from time to time by the Board.
