Rule 6.6.9002 - WAIVER MONITORING(1) At the time of granting a waiver, the commissioner shall provide an insurer granted a waiver under [HB 836, Section 1] with a list of reporting requirements and dates for reporting as warranted by the facts and circumstances of the particular waiver.
